WHAT IS SO SPECIAL ABOUT MUSIC MATTERS STORE?
ORIGINAL DESIGNS: Music Matters Store was created by a musician for musicians. Every design is an original creation and unique to the store.
We don't do onsell from 3rd parties / drop-ship. We custom fabricate every single item just for you!

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY:
ENVIRONMENT:The Fashion industry has a pretty terrible record when it comes to the environment. So we have changed the way we stock our store.
Each product is produced only after it is sold, and you place your order. This means there is no stock wasted. We also use a dry print method which dramatically reduces chemicals, environmental pollution and waste water.

ANTI SLAVERY PARTNERSHIPS: We only work with suppliers who have policies in place ensuring their supply chain is free of modern slavery and human trafficking.

QUALITY: We don't just say quality T-Shirts, We stand by them.
We only sell products we would use ourselves (And we do!)
We have done extensive testing, sourcing a high quality supplier of 100% cotton T-Shirts (except for our Recycled-Tee which is 100% recycled Cotton & Polyester)
And our mugs are just as good!

 

WHAT IS THE RETURNS POLICY:
We have a Returns Policy, please check our "Extra Info" Tab at the top of page menu, or our "Navigate menu" at the bottom of the page.
 
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS:
They vary from country to country, your available shipping options will appear in your Cart.

HOW DO I MAKE SURE I ORDER THE RIGHT SIZE:
We have a Sizing Chart on every product page and also in menu's on the Top and Bottom of the page. You can check your correct size there. And our T-Shirts are pre-shrunk, so the sizing on the chart is the sizing the Tee will stay.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER:
Shipping varies depending on your location. Most orders take 2-7 business days to manufacture your items. The average Shipping time is 3-5 days. These times can extend during Christmas. Check our SHIPPING POLICY for more info.
 
WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER:
You should receive a shipping order within 2-7 business days. If you have not, please contact us. And if after 15 business days you haven't received your package, please let us know asap. 
 
WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED A WRONG / DEFECTIVE ORDER:
Our products are created by humans, and despite all our procedures, errors can happen. Please email us asap, and include a picture / description of the issue, so we can resolve it. 
 
HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER I HAVE PLACED:
As we custom fabricate each and every product just for you, we start fabricating pretty much straight away once you confirm your order.
Once it is in production, we can't stop or make changes, or put it back on the shelf.
So please take your time, and choose carefully. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask us.

We are a worldwide business. Our Design / Admin team is based in Sydney, Australia.
Our fulfillment centres are located in: USA - East Coast and West Coast - Toronto, Canada - Barcelona, Spain, Victoria, Australia.
