RETURNS POLICY

Our products are made using the made-to-order production approach, only fulfilling what you actually need, reducing waste, and helping our environment.

If you proceed with an order, we custom fabricate these items just for you. Therefore, cannot accept returns for buyers remorse, wrong product selection or incorrect size. Please take your time and choose carefully.

 

MISPRINTED / DAMAGED / DEFECTED:
Our products are created by humans, and despite all our quality controls, errors can happen!
If there is an issue with your product, and it's not to the standard expected,
Please let us know asap in an email along with any photos that can show us the issue.
We will happily arrange for a replacement**Due to agreements with our supplier partners, we ask that any claims be submitted within 3 weeks from the time your product is received. We won't be able to issue refunds or replacements after this period. 

 

WRONG ADDRESS:
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

 

UNCLAIMED: 
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you.
